Cooking Journal Week 5

Monday (17/11/08): Kare-kare

Tuesday (18/11/08): Home-made Tocino and Chopsuey.

Thursday (20/11/08): Baked Barramundi Fish and Broccoli with Oyster Sauce.

Friday (21/11/08): Arroz Caldo and Tokwa (because the husband was sick). Ate leftovers for lunch and dinner.

Saturday (22/11/08): Chicken Afritada, Pork Barbecue and Spring Roll.

Very busy in the kitchen this week as it was my first time to cook Kare-kare, make the marinade for Tocino and Broccoli with Oyster Sauce. Also, it was this Saturday that Husband and I hosted our first lunch party for relatives.
