This was us today at 8:30 in the morning at some McDonald's in Ashfield (near Hilda's office)...met up just to greet each other "good morning and see yah later".
We were already meeting up for lunch but we are the kind of friends that would jump at any opportunity just to see each other.
So we met up before going to work. I attended training at Ashfield today and at lunch, she treated me to a yummy Dumpling Soup at Shanghai Dumplings. No photos of food this time as I savored the food and my catching up with her. It was also a way for us to celebrate Christmas together as she flies to Phuket on Thursday, afterwhich she will spend 6 days in Manila before going back to Sydney.
