Creamy Chicken with Pistachio Nuts

A chicken recipe with a twist handed down to me by my Tita Bess. Very simple with just a few ingredients and yet a best-seller during parties.

What you'll need:

2 tablespoons Olive Oil

A bulb of Garlic, crushed

300 ml Fresh Cream

80 grams Pistachio Nuts, crushed

1 kilo Chicken Fillets sliced into cubes

What you'll need to do:

1. Crushing of Garlic and Pistachio Nuts. These are two of the main ingredients of the recipe and will also take a little of your time as you need to crush them into tiny bits.

2. Cooking part. Pour in olive oil. Saute garlic and pistachio nuts. Add Fresh Cream and stir for a few minutes. Add in the chicken and cook for about 30 minutes.

Best served when hot.
